Triple Nyungne at KTC Dallas
Led by the Ven. Lama Dudjom Dorjee May 3 - 9, 2008
Ven. Lama Dudjom Dorjee began the Nyungne practice here in 1999, after Lama Kathy Wesley introduced it to us in 1998, and Greg Smith trained the first Chophens; after that initial year, multiple Nyungnes have been done every year since, with the tradition of having a triple nyungne at Saka Dawa beginning in 2001.
This May and June 2008, His Holiness the
Karmapa will visit the West for the first time.
